1 scoop Raw, Organic, Vegan protein powder, e.g. Sun Warrior or Vega, dissolved in
1 cup water, more if needed
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
Directions 1 Put greens into blender first, then add other vegetables, seasonings and fruit.
2 Blend until smooth.
3 Have this smoothie every morning for breakfast for 7 days. Do not add additional fruit. Have no more than 3 fruit servings in a day.
