HOMEMADE KETCHUP (sugar free)

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces tomato paste
  • 3 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • Pinch pepper
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tsp finely minced onion
  • 1 clove finely minced garlic
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1-2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce for BBQ flavor

Directions
1 Dissolve spices in vinegar and lemon juice. Add tomato paste and mix thoroughly.

2 Add additional lemon juice or vinegar or water to desired consistency.

3 For a smoky, BBQ flavor, add Worcestershire sauce and brown coconut sugar.

4 Recipe can be doubled and saved in the refrigerator for about 10-14 days.
