TANGY SALAD DRESSING and MARINADE
Ingredients
1/3 cup vinegar, either apple cider vinegar or unfermented, raw coconut vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cold water
2 T. dijon mustard, smooth or whole grain
Optional: 3 T. EVOO (*see below)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onion, chopped fine
Pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper or other seasonings to taste
Fresh dill
Directions
1 Blend until creamy or shake and store in a glass container.
2 *This is a fat-free recipe. Extra virgin olive oil can be added either to all of it or to each serving.
