Judi provides expert guidance, accountability and inspiration to help you reach your wellness goals. Meeting on-on-one initially and on an on-going basis can take you to your best health!


There are different ways to work together.
Judi is available to consult with you by phone, email, text, Skype, FaceTime or in person by appointment only.  
Appointments are available in Judi's office, or she will come to you at your home or office.  
Distance collaboration is available by all other methods. 
Any combination of communication styles is always available!

During your initial consultation, you will:
  • Get an assessment of your current nutrition, fitness and lifestyle. 
  • Discuss your goals and formulate your plan. 
  • Learn what foods, vitamins, and supplements will help you feel your best.
  • Get recommendations for a healthy lifestyle.
  • During followups, you will review your progress and update goals.

  • Comprehensive assessment of nutrition, fitness and lifestyle and a dietary evaluation
